POLICY OF THE INTEGRATED QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT AND OH&SMANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF ČKD PRAHA DIZ, a.s.
The mission of ČKD PRAHA DIZ, a.s. is to provide engineering and supplier services in construction, modernization and reconstruction of complete industrial plants, integrated operating units and piece deliveries on domestic and foreign markets.
Ensuring the Company’s continuity and prosperity, high quality of work, and satisfaction of customers, personnel and shareholders in the long run can only be achieved by pursuing policies which concern all activities, departments and personnel of the Company and are based on continual improvement while respecting all principles, rules and procedures established in the framework of the established integrated management system. The point is that ČKD PRAHA DIZ, a.s. be perceived by the general public as a company with long range of successful projects, responsible approach to environment and full obedience of the OH&S rules.
Driven by the effort to maintain and improve its market position of engineering and supplier activities and relying on acquisition activities and negotiations with key business partners and customers, the management of ČKD PRAHA DIZ, a.s. declares the following strategic plans in the framework of its integrated management system:
A) Rationalize the integrated management system and restructure the company into a stable, customer oriented and dynamically developing company reaching desired efficiency and profits.
B) Search for strategic partners and establish suitable partnerships in order to create better presumptions of the company for more complex and higher quality meeting the customers’ expectations in preparation and realization of investment units and in civil engineering both for the domestic and foreign markets.
C) Decrease negative impacts on environment resulting from company activities, continually identify risks in OH&S and minimize them by means of taking the maximum risk measures.
To support the above-mentioned integrated policy of quality and environment, the Company management undertakes:
1. to closely cooperate with state authorities and local governments in the area of preventive measures taken to prevent accidents and improve the protection of health of people living in the region,
2. to reflect all legal changes, directives, regulations to own internal norms instantly,
3. to create for the Company personnel conditions for meeting the declared objectives of the integrated management system,
4. in the area of OH&S as a minimum requirement to enforce the consistent observance of valid legal and other regulations in all Company activities, not only by own employees but also by all cooperating suppliers’ employees,
5. without any delay reflect all changes to laws, directives, regulations to own internal norms, to evaluate the fulfillment of the Program of the integrated management system on quarterly basis and to examine the appropriateness and adequacy of the policy and update measurable objectives annually and subsequent to that clarify objectives , target values and programs,
6. in compliance with their powers each member of the Company management will continually create conditions necessary for errorless and effective operation, maintenance, updating, purposeful enhancement and improvement of the management system.
The Company’s top management expects the following from its personnel:
1. familiarity with the integrated management system, announced objectives, target values and supporting tasks, as well as personalized approach to their fulfillment,
2. abiding to all principles, rules and procedures established within the framework of the existing integrated management system.

The company ČKD PRAHA DIZ, a.s. is a part of the EKO-KOM collective system and by being a part of the system, the company therefore meets the requirements related to the collection and recycling of packaging materials, in accordance with Section 13, Subsection 1(c) of Act No. 477/2001 Coll. on packaging materials and on the changes to certain laws (Packaging Act).
